    Beach House offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, ensuring a relaxing and memorable stay. The access to the villa is from the beach (700mt – 5minute walk), this is what makes the place so special. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and heating in all rooms, free fast Wi-Fi, and a washing machine for your convenience. 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 bedrooms plus a cozy loft that can comfortably host up to 9 people.

    Beach House comprises two independent, connected and fully equipped units:

    Main House:

    • Living Room: a spacious sea view area with comfortable seating, sofas and dining area.
    • Fully Equipped Kitchen: complete with modern appliances for preparing homemade dishes.
    • Master Bedroom (Ground Floor): a peaceful retreat with direct access to outdoor spaces. 1 double bed.
    • Traditional Loft (First Floor): a charming open-space bedroom with wooden accents, ideal for a cozy night’s sleep. 1 double and 1 single bed.
    • Bathroom with shower (ground floor)

    Guest House:

    • Sleeping Area: a private and comfortable space for restful nights. 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds.
    • Kitchen: small kitchen with fridge.

    Outdoor Spaces:

    The villa features multiple furnished outdoor areas, outdoor showers and shaded patios with BBQ facilities, perfect for dining under the stars or simply relaxing while soaking in the stunning sea views.
